01Who we are
This website is owned by SmartLabel B.V. (trading as SmartLabel Media), Boterdiep 71, 9712 LL Groningen, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 86253344. We are responsible for the processing of personal data through this website.
02No cookies, no tracking
This website places no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. We do not follow you across other websites and do not build visitor profiles.
If you choose a light or dark theme, your own browser remembers that choice (in local storage). The setting stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Fonts and images are served from our own server, so loading the site does not share data with services such as Google Fonts.
03Server logs
As with any website, the server receives technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, the time and the requested page. We use this only to keep the site secure and working properly, based on our legitimate interest. We keep it no longer than necessary for that purpose.
04When you contact us
If you email us, for example at info@smartlabel.media or press@smartlabel.media, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to maintain any contact that follows. We keep that data for as long as the contact requires, or longer where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and only share it with parties that help us deliver our services (such as our email and hosting providers), under agreements that protect your data.
05Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, the sites of our ventures and the sources in the Graveyard. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
06Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Email privacy@smartlabel.media to exercise these rights. We respond within one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
07Changes
If anything changes in how this website handles data, we update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
